Kathy Ferguson, Owner
Personal, Commercial & Life agent

Kathy Ferguson is a third-generation insurance producer. Her family’s affiliation with Grange Insurance dates back to 1936. She began in the agency in 1989 while obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.

Kathy is a personal, commercial, and lifeline producer. She is continuing the work her mother began and now owns and operates the agency. Kathy’s approach to business is personal – “get to know who they are and then provide what they need.”

Kathy has two daughters and is active in her community. Kathy’s husband owns another well-known, long-standing business, Tom Rodgers Flowers in downtown Tiffin.

Sandy Mesnard
Personal, Commercial & Life agent

Sandy Mesnard began her career in the insurance industry as a 15-year-old high school teenager doing clerical work. Her skilled attention to detail and love of taking care of customers spurned her on to become a licensed producer in the mid-1980s. 

She has been with us since 1982. Sandy is a personal, commercial, and lifeline producer. She is married and enjoys trips in the motor home and spoiling her grandkids.

Our Friendly Customer Service Representative

Sherri has lived in the Tiffin, OH area her entire life. She has worked with the public and served in managerial positions along the way. Sherri has a kind and courteous voice and greets our customers. She’s quick to help in any way she can.

Sherri joined our agency in 2016 and shares the same birthday with Kathy. She enjoys spending time with her grown daughters and taking walks. She’s the office inspiration to eat better.
